Direction to use :
Apply a quarter teaspoon or 2 finger rule on face and neck. Reapply if in direct sunlight every 2 to 3 hours and indoors every 4 to 6 hours.
Apply 20 minutes before going out in sun exposure.
It gives you a little cast in first few minutes give time to settle it down
